Lighthouse 4 mile race recap - Racine, WI

The Brew City women took to the race course once again, this time for a 4 mile contest in Racine, WI. Stepping on to the home course of the Wisconsin Runner Racing Team, the Brew City women were lead by Holly Nearman, Cassie Peller, and Amy Horst.
Pacing close off the eventual winner and second place females, Bethany Brewster and Jenna Mitchler, Holly Nearman (pictured right on inset with trophy) rounded out the final podium spot. Her time of 23:40 was an average of 5:55 per mile!
Close behind was Cassie Peller, the 2006 race winner, finishing 4th in 23:54. Again rounding out the Brew City team was Amy Horst, taking over a minute off of her performance last year, earning the 6th place spot in 24:46.
